It was about our day
On the bed
The much awaited story
As my other half shares
It starts
Overwhelming serene ambience
Peaceful - beautiful
Void of thoughts
Void of judgement
My own being
And that of my other half
Like two sides of a river
Fully present
In each other’s company
Wide open - doors of perception
These moments
Of magic and connection
And being
Though rare
I say
Grateful and blessed
I am
